Yoga Teacher
Jodie Blair is a Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher and sound facilitator based in Umina Beach on the Central Coast. Her teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is far more than a physical practice, it is a pathway to self-discovery, healing, and a deeper connection to life.
Jodie’s mission is to facilitate positive impacts of people’s lives through yoga, holding a safe and sacred space where students can arrive exactly as they are. She recognises that everyone comes to the mat for their own reasons, some to build strength and flexibility, others to find calm, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe. She believes yoga can be profoundly transformational, whether in life’s big turning points or in the smallest moments, an hour of presence, a reminder to appreciate the little things, or the space to process whatever life is unfolding.
Her approach blends a strong, breath-led asana practice that builds both strength and flexibility, with the depth and wisdom of yogic philosophy woven through her Dharma talks. She is passionate about sharing these teachings in a way that feels accessible, relatable, and relevant to modern life.
Jodie is deeply passionate about holding space for people to connect with their most authentic selves. Whether through movement, stillness, or sound, her classes invite you to slow down, tune in, and remember the wholeness that already exists within.
“Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself”
