The class will begin with a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow practice. Each session offers a creative, varied flow within a familiar structure, blending breathwork, sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and backbends. These dynamic movements are seamlessly linked with the breath, creating a powerful, flowing sequence that fosters mindfulness and presence.
The practice then softens into 30 minutes of sound meditation with crystal singing bowls, designed to calm the mind, balance energy, and guide you into deep relaxation.
